Wings Mobile Detailing does not assume liability for any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or loss of property, that may result from services provided by a franchisee or independent contractor. Any issues arising from services rendered should be addressed directly with the service provider who performed the work.

By booking a service through Wings Mobile Detailing, clients acknowledge and agree that they are contracting services that may be fulfilled by an independent operator, and release Wings Mobile Detailing from any direct liability related to the performance or outcome of those services.
